MyTitan provides software for managing bookings, jobs, customer communication, billing follow-through, workspace operations, and selected integrations.
Customer service payments and deposits remain the responsibility of the tenant's own payment setup or manual collection path.
Billing scope
MyTitan Stripe is used for MyTitan subscription billing and job-completion pack purchases only.
Subscription, cancellation, and refund wording should be kept in sync with the live commercial model whenever those terms change.
Operational use
Customers are responsible for configuring their workspace, permissions, notification routing, governance publication, and payment-provider ownership truthfully.
