Workspace and account data

MyTitan stores workspace setup, users, bookings, jobs, billing configuration, integrations, and notification settings inside the tenant boundary.

Customer payment collection remains tenant-owned. MyTitan Stripe is limited to subscriptions and job-completion packs only.

Operational and support data

Operational logs, audit history, and support contact records may be retained to investigate product issues, delivery failures, and account-level support requests.
